Community involvement

Our school values strong partnerships with our families and community. Parents and carers can get involved through our Parents and Citizens Association (P&C) or by volunteering at our school. Your time and support help make our school a better place for everyone.

getting involved in the P&C
listening to children read in the classroom
volunteering on sports days and other school events
helping supervise excursions.

Parents and Citizens Association (P&C)

The P&C is a great way to get involved with the school and wider community. We really welcome and encourage parents and carers to come along to our monthly meetings and volunteer at events throughout the year. An hour of help can make a huge difference!

We are involved with raising funds for key teaching and learning resources such as additional technology for the classrooms, sporting equipment and new library books.

We organise a variety of social and fundraising events throughout the year.

Our elected P&C Executive Committee for 2025 are excited about working with the staff at Anzac Park Public School in building a strong community vision.

P&C meetings

During school terms, the P&C meets in the Staff Room at 7:00pm on the second Tuesday of the month.

All parents and carers are very welcome to attend and contribute. It's a friendly, relaxed atmosphere where you can get involved with or learn more about what's happening at the school and in the wider community.

You do not need to be a member and don't need to register to attend the meeting.

The school office will email out agenda items the week before each meeting. If you want to suggest agenda items, please email us (see below).
