We look forward to welcoming new families to kindergarten in 2023. Please see below for transition to school information. Enrolments are now being accepted for 2023 for all children who live in-area for Anzac Park or are a sibling of a current student. For families that live out-of-area please refer to our enrolment policy.

Information evening, Tuesday 25 October at 7:00pm 

This information session is designed to provide parents with more detailed information about all aspects of school life at Anzac Park Public School. Topics covered will include our approach to student wellbeing, an overview of curriculum, parent involvement in learning, strategies for preparing your child for school and an opportunity to ask questions.  

Playgroup Wednesday 7 September at 9:30am

2023 students and their parent are welcome to join us at APPS on Tuesday 7th September for a fun morning of activities. This is a great opportunity for future students to begin getting to know the school, the teachers and meeting potential friends. Parents are required to stay and supervise their child throughout the session. 
 

School Readiness Webinars

Anzac Park is excited to share that we will be hosting a number of School Readiness webinars via Zoom to support you in preparing your child for Kindergarten next year. These weekly webinars will be delivered on a Wednesday at 5pm and will be hosted by our K-2 Deputy Principal and Kindergarten Assistant Principal. Post workshop resources will be shared after each webinar to further support you at home.​

Focus: Developing Numeracy Readiness

 

Orientation to school, November 2nd and 9th at 9:30am

We are holding two kindergarten orientation sessions for children starting Kindergarten in 2023. Children will have the opportunity to enjoy a variey of activities in the classroom, while getting to know the teachers and other students. We highly recommend your child attends both these sessions to support their school readiness journey.
