About the L21 Hub at Anzac Park
The Professional Learning Hub at Anzac Park is an embedded centre for professional learning based at Anzac Park Public School. The Hub aims to promote a culture of collaboration by providing new opportunities for teachers and leaders in future-focused professional learning. The Hub is located within the learning spaces of Anzac Park and provide participants with the opportunity to work within flexible learning spaces. Anzac Park Public School is located on Sydney's north shore and opened in 2016. In its first year, Anzac Park worked with the community to establish a Vision for Learning which seeks to put into practice what research tells us will have the biggest impact on student learning with a future-focused lens, preparing our students for their life in the 21st Century.
What we offer
Since opening 5 years ago, we have hosted hundreds of visitors from around New South Wales. Teams come from different contexts and have a variety of agendas. We enjoy sharing our learning spaces with teams, even more than that, we love to have some great conversations about the transformation of pedagogy, learning space design and a future-focused mindset in education.
Due to Covid 19, in 2022 we ask schools to make direct inquiries if you are interested in professional learning. We can offer a range of programs following social distancing requirements on-site or via online platforms.
This involves participants receiving an overview of the research and 'why' behind our Vision for Learning, classroom observations of these visions in action and opportunities for considering their application in your school context.
Participants will have the opportunity to gain authentic perspectives from students, staff and leadership. Participants will have the opportunity to design an action plan to implement in their school context.
